At RAAG, every product is crafted with precision and packed with care. Once your order is placed, it enters our production and quality-check lineup.
Shipping Time:
All orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are paid by the customer at checkout.
Any additional charges (such as re-delivery fees) are also the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email/SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the delivery attempt fails, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy (RAAG)
At RAAG, every piece is produced in limited batches with strict quality checks.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than:
Wrong size delivered
Damaged product received
No other returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange:
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Photos of the product showing the issue
Order ID and customer details
Without a complete unboxing video, we cannot process any claim.
Exchange Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges for sending the product back and receiving the replacement will be paid by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
– Used or worn items
– Products without original packaging
– Items damaged due to customer handling
– Requests made after 48 hours
